Arnie Reilly, M.S., C.P.T., C.N is the President and Founder of Health for Life, woman-owned fitness business that provides creative, high quality, specialized training plans for yoga, personal training and nutrition.
Arnie is passionate about teaching fitness enthusiasts how to approach exercise in a fun, friendly environment. Her positive attitude is contagious! Arnie is an experienced Nutrition Counselor who understands and teaches behavioral changes necessary to achieve fat loss and strength training goals while engaging in a weight loss program.

Arnie has been leading, and teaching in the Health
and Fitness Industry for over 20 years, assisting
men and women of all ages to reach improved levels
of health and wellness. She is a World Class Fitness
Leader and Master level Yoga teacher. She earned
her Masters Degree in Exercise, Fitness, and Health
Promotion from George Mason University.
Currently, she is earning her doctoral degree in Nutrition. |
