20/20/20 This workout is a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and core work. Each segment of the class challenges you with a different exercise discipline – which is cross-training at its best. |

| Total Body Conditioning (TBC) A workout is designed to improve muscle strength and endurance utilizing free weights. All levels of fitness regardless of age are encouraged to strength train. This session can be complete sitting in a chair. |

| Boot Camp Games for Adults The traditional boot camp made fun, easy and low impact! Students who desire sport specific exercises and desire a more intense session will be thrilled to see state of the art exercise options. |

This class a wonderful way to overcome the mystery of yoga by delivering a safe, effective, science supported, practical style of yoga that is accessible, understandable and doable by any age and any fitness level. The use of straps, blocks and small yoga balls allows the beginner to progress in easy stages. |

Yoga 1 An eclectic blend of Hatha, Iyenger, Vinyasa, and Viniyoga practices which are exercise science-supported, and a practical style of yoga for real people. The format includes warm-up, work phase, cool down, and meditation in a flowing manner where breathing is incorporated. Class length: one hour QiGong Chi Kung (QiGong) is often referred to as the “mother of martial arts” because it inspired popular exercises as Tai Chi; also called the moving version of QiGong. The ancient Chinese art of more gentle, easier, less precise sequences best explains QiGong…. and it doesn’t need to be memorized! Every age benefits from the health benefits of QiGong by learning how to unblock energy channels through breath work and simple movements. Class length: One hour TRX Suspension Training New training methodology which incorporates a modern system of bodyweight, suspension and gravity exercises which build true functional strength, improves flexibility, balance, coordination and core stability. If you want the “skinny” on terms such as “vector and pendulum” this workout is for you! Core Conditioning Abdominal and core workout which tones, sculpts and strengthens. This workout is designed to promote core stability and improve posture. Gliding disks, bosu half rounds, pilates fitness circles, and medicine balls make this challenge fun! Students must be comfortable performing exercises on the floor. Class length: 45 minutes |
